We all have bad days, even the most positive people, sometimes you just wake up and feel unmotivated, sometimes without any particular reason your mood is just not right.

When you feel like that, you can take a day off, rest, binge watch TV series, eat, and hope to feel better the next day.

However, sometimes you can't do it, right? Maybe because you have things to do or maybe simply because this time you want to try improving your mood.
